Since 1997 people all over the world have been traveling to Kos to be part of the West Family. The unique working environment that West offers is the reason our staff experience a summer they will never forget. The following summer we will for the first time ever work with one crew running both West Bar and Strand Beach Club.

Do you want to work in the sun creating party and entertain our guests in a stimulating devoloping job?. We’re looking for staff who is not only extremely social and have a natural gift for entertainment and service but also can handle a demanding but fun working enviroment.
